Vipera Names Mauro Duca COO, Richard Garnier CMO

Vipera Plc. (VIP.L), a provider of mobile financial services and digital customer engagement solutions, Wednesday announced two senior appointments to its executive management team as the company prepares to accelerate it’s growth into 2015 and beyond.
Richard Garnier was appointed Chief Marketing Officer, while Mauro Duca will be the Chief Operating Officer.
Garnier, a veteran FinTech executive, will lead Vipera’s Sales & Marketing organization and have overall responsibility for the groups revenue, go-to-market strategy and product marketing.
Mauro Duca, currently CEO of Vipera group company Codd & Date, will have overall responsibility for project fulfilment, service and operations.
